By that December (2012) he became an Assistant Director on the feature film, The Hollow Oak (2015) , (of which he was first an extra on in November and then shortly became a Production Assistant on set before being promoted to 1st AD). After that, he worked as grip, sound, lighting and other various crew jobs (such as being a co-writer for a children's movie) on sets of a few different films. But even though he has worked as crew on various sets, his main passion is acting. In November of 2013, he won the Best Actor Award (out of 92 films) at the Campus Movie Festival in Greenville, North Carolina for the short film, Bad Tip (2013).
